We were the pioneers in North India in manufacturing Gear Shaving cutter in 1990. Since, then we have supplied thousands of Gear Shaving Tools all over the country
We manufacture the complete range from 1.0 Module to 8.0 Module in all pressure angles upto a Helix angle of 35° (left or right).
Types include Underpass & Plunge (with Staggered serrations) & Conventional & Diagonal Type.
Class 'AA' accuracies are guaranteed. Material used is imported M2 Vacuum Hardened and tempered upto HRC 62.
All Profile modifications like Profile Crowning & Lead Crowning can be Ground on our CNC Hurth Gear Shaving Cutter grinder. Model SRS405 (See Picture)
Cutters are tested on a CNC Lead & profile tester model ECON30 HARBIN make (See Picture).
